The Wisconsin women’s basketball team was no match for number-10 Maryland in an 84-48 road loss Thursday afternoon.
Sydney Hilliard had 20 points to lead the Badgers and Imani Lewis added 13.
Five players for the Terrapins scored in double figures and Katiez Benzan led the way 18 points.
Maryland outrebounded U-W 40-23 and outscored the Badgers 42-26 in the paint.
Wisconsin travels to Penn State on Sunday.
