Despite the slick roadways and high winds, it was actually a pretty safe night on the roads.
We reached out to the Manitowoc Police Department who said they did not have a single crash reported to them overnight.
It was the same situation in Two Rivers, with the Shift Commander saying that the plows hit the roads at around 3:00 AM to do a general plow. LT. John Reimer said, “Knock on wood…we won’t have any accidents today.”
We reached out to the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office, but did not get a hold of anyone there.
