For the second time since the start of the pandemic, Novak’s Service Center is offering to provide for those community members putting in the extra mile.
Owner Jeremiah Novak says they’re donating $10,000.00 in free oil changes to local healthcare workers along with an additional $5,000.00 in free oil changes for those in the hospitality industry.
“My wife and I wanted to help out as much as we could,” Novak told SeehaferNews.com. “My mother was in the healthcare industry for the last 40 years. With the rollout of vaccinations, they’ll be working even harder this year. I also used to be in the hospitality industry and in my opinion they’ve been hit hard with all of this.”
Novak says he was frankly shocked that the first round of 200 free oil changes to healthcare workers last spring went over so well.
“I would have been happy with 50 to 60 people responding,” he stated. “I couldn’t believe all of the ‘Thank You’ cards me and my wife received. We refused any gratuity as we wanted this to be our gift to them.”
To accept this offer, healthcare and hospitality workers just need to stop in to Novak’s Service Center at the corner of 14th and Washington in Manitowoc during regular business hours to pick up your certificate. There’s no expiration date to redeem it.
