
Roncalli traveled to New Holstein last night in search of an EWC boys basketball victory. Brian Norton called the game and reported that Roncalli came out on top, 68 to 46.
It was close at the half, with Roncalli holding a 29-26 lead, and it was tied at 35 at one point in the second half. The Jets then turned up the heat, going on a 15 -0 run.
The Huskies turned the ball over 22 times, compared to only 8 for the Jets.
Tyler Bonin lead the way for the Jets, scoring 21 points, while Brayden Yanda added 12, and Luke Pautz accounted for 11.
Sam Casper was the leading scorer for the Huskies, scoring 12 points.
With the win, Roncalli is guaranteed to at least tie for the EWC title.
