Packers rookie quarterback Jordan Love says he and head coach Matt LaFleur are “super-close.”
The Utah State grad says he was brought to Green Bay to learn as much as he can and that’s really all he can do.
There were questions about the future of quarterback Aaron Rodgers when Love was drafted, but Rodgers just completed one of the best seasons of his career.
Just this week LaFleur and general manager Brian Gutekunst emphatically said Rodgers will be there.
Love may be eager to play in an N-F-L game for the first time, but, for now, he is keeping to the company line saying he’s just making sure he will be ready when his name is called.
