The Manitowoc man who delivered the heroin that killed a man in January of last year has been sentenced.
After pleading no contest to a charge of Manufacturing or Delivering Heroin, 49-year-old Dale Wilhelm will spend two years in prison, followed by two years on extended supervision, as ordered by Judge Jerilyn Dietz.
The body of the victim was found in the 1900 block of South 39th Street on January 17th, 2020, and Wilhelm was determined to have supplied the heroin that caused the overdose.
Once on extended supervision, Wilhelm will be required to attend counseling, must maintain absolute sobriety, maintain full-time employment, pay his court costs, and submit to random urine samples.
