
A new Brown County judge has been assigned to a fatal hit-and-run case.
Sixty-three-year-old John Parnon is suspected of killing a pedestrian near the Oneida Casino last October. Parnon is charged with hit-and-run causing death which carries a penalty of up to 25 years in prison if he is convicted. He’s scheduled to make another court appearance on March 17th.
Ashwaubenon authorities say 42-year-old Elliot Cooper of Oneida was found on the ground near the casino entrance and an evidence team found a part from a Toyota RAV4 nearby.
