There was a deadly shooting at the Fox River Mall yesterday (January 31st), and police are still trying to locate the suspect.
Investigators say that 17-year-old Dezman V. Ellis entered the mall last night, where he shot and killed 19-year-old Jovanni J. Frausto, and injured another individual, whose name has not been released.
At last word, Ellis has not been located. He is believed to be riding in a blue 2012 Dodge Avenger bearing Wisconsin license plate AHP-7939. Ellis is considered armed and dangerous, however, investigators say this was a targeted incident.
