A salad kit made by Dole has been recalled due to allergy concerns.
The Endless Summer salad kit was reportedly not properly labeled, and those with egg or fish allergies could be affected. The Dole Company said somehow the dressing and topping kits were accidentally switched during the production process.
The batch in question was sold in 17 states, including Wisconsin, and no illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported thus far. The packages in question have a best by date of January 26th.
