Woodland Dunes Nature Center in Two Rivers has approximately 1500-acres with 7-miles of trails that are open every day from dawn until dusk.
Director Jim Knickelbine tells SeehaferNews.com, they are “Definitely a place where people can come and safely spread out, be outdoors, get exercise and also learn about nature.” Knickelbine explains this has been a really busy year and he believes that can be attributed to the ongoing pandemic. “We’re all limited by the coronavirus as far as safe things we can do,” he said. “And, being outdoors and going for a hike is one of the best in a lot of respects.
