There is only one meeting on the schedule for this evening in Manitowoc.
The Plan Commission will gather in the Council Chambers at 6:00 PM, where they will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of a property in the 2100 block of Western Avenue from a Multiple Family to a Neighborhood Business district.
Then, they will be reviewing a conditional use permit for Holy Family Memorial’s CORE Treatment Services transitional housing treatment center.
They will also be discussing a request from Manitowoc Lutheran High School to purchase a piece of former right-of-way property located at the northeast corner of the Waldo Blvd and North Rapids Road. According to the request, the High School is looking to expand its campus, which would include a building and parking lot in that location.
