Three weeks after swearing in two new Police Officers, the Manitowoc Police Department has added one more officer into their ranks.
Matthew Baughman was sworn in by City Clerk Mackenzie Reed-Kadow yesterday. Officer Baughman will begin his four-month-long field training program with the department.
He joins Officers Casey Clarksen and Jacob Shillcox as the newest additions to the Manitowoc Police Department.
Attending this swearing-in were Chief Nick Reimer, Assistant Chief Rob Barbier, Deputy Chief Jason Freiboth, and Training Lieutenant Paul Behrendt.
