
Another domestic violence arrest has been made in Manitowoc. Officers were dispatched to a home in the 2000 block of Western Avenue at around 11:45 PM on Monday (January 25th) on a report of disorderly conduct.
The officers spoke with the victim who said that she and the 35-year-old man had gotten into an argument and that he grabbed the back of her neck, before putting his other hand around her nose and mouth. He then reportedly pushed her onto the bed and punched her. He then reportedly threw her up against a wall, before throwing a butane can at her and fleeing the residence.
He was located at a friend’s home, and arrested on charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct, each with Domestic Violence enhancers, as well as misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
