Last week’s 74-62 home-court loss to Ohio State has knocked the Wisconsin Badgers out of the top 10.
The Associated Press Poll this week has Wisconsin ranked 14th. Three Big Ten teams are above coach Greg Gard’s squad – Michigan, Iowa, and Ohio State.
The Badgers may be able to move back up in the poll this week while playing winnable games against Maryland Wednesday and Penn State Saturday.
A quirk of the Big Ten schedule has the Nittany Lions traveling to Madison next Tuesday for back-to-back games.
Undefeated Gonzaga and Baylor are at the top of this week’s A-P poll.
