A 41-year-old Two Rivers man is free on a recognizance bond on charges of stalking and violating a temporary restraining order.
Manitowoc Police say they received a call just after 5:00 PM Monday afternoon of a man identified as Kasey R. McCredie attempting to make contact with a woman at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc despite having a restraining order against him.
She told officers that she felt “very unsafe’ and feared going to work adding that she’s “afraid that something worse will happen.” Manitowoc and Two Rivers Police corroborated to bring McCredie into custody as his last known address was in Two Rivers.
Conditions of bail, as set by Judge Mark Rohrer, are that McCredie has “no contact” with the victim or any premises she may occupy with the exception of “third party” contact of a child related emergency.
McCredie’s initial appearance is scheduled for February 15th at 1:30 PM.
