Big Brothers Big Sisters of Manitowoc County has announced a few changes in the format of this year’s’ Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser.
Typically the organization takes over a local bowling alley for a day, and teams compete for prizes, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have decided to change the format.
Teams will still register by filling out a form at BBBSMantyCounty.org/Bowl-For-Kids-Sake by February 28th, and will still get pledges, which need to be turned in by March 31st. The big change comes in the fact that teams will receive a “Bowler Thank You Bag”, which will include a coupon for three games of bowling and shoes at Rudy’s Lanes in Two Rivers, an official fundraiser T-shirt, and other surprise items.
There are also tiers, with more prizes being given to those who raise certain levels of pledges, and special prizes will be given to the top five pledge raisers.
