A 40-year-old Freedom man was arrested yesterday morning after he was found driving intoxicated with a child in the car.
The Wisconsin State Patrol reports that a Trooper responded to a car versus semi accident on Highway 47 at Highway S in Outagamie County. Upon investigation of the accident, it was determined Brian P. Brennan was operating a motor vehicle above his .02 restriction.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with his 5th OWI offense with a child in the vehicle under the age of 16.
It is being reported that Brennan was last arrested for an OWI in 2012, where he was sentenced to six months in jail, had his license revoked for three years, and had to have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle for two years.
