A 42-year-old West Allis man will make a virtual appearance before a federal judge in the District of Columbia later this week.
David Charles Mish Junior made his initial appearance Friday before a federal judge in Milwaukee. Mish is charged with unlawful entry, violent entry, and disorderly conduct.
He called the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police the day after the insurrection at the U-S Capitol.
He reportedly told the department he did enter the Capitol building but didn’t break anything and wanted to know if he was “going to jail.”
Photos show Mish carrying a Trump flag as Capitol police were trying to close the building and investigate the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbit.
