Arizona State scored first, but the Wisconsin men’s hockey team completed a weekend sweep with a 5-2 decision over the Sun Devils Sunday.
The game had been postponed from Friday night.
Shortly after Arizona State jumped to the early lead, the Badgers went on top with goals by Linus Weissbach and Cole Caufield 37 seconds apart.
Mike Vorlicky’s first goal of the season was actually the game-winner at 15:41 of the second period.
The Badgers added on a pair of empty-net goals late in the game.
The Badgers were two-for-three on the power play.
They go on the road to Penn State next, starting a two-game series Thursday night.
Wisconsin’s record is 8-and-6, including 6-and-4 in the Big Ten.
