A southeast Wisconsin man will spend 12 years in federal prison for illegal sexual activity with a minor in Iowa.
25-year-old Sean M. Williams of Edgerton admitted that he drove to northwest Iowa last year to have sex with a 15-year-old victim.
Prosecutors say Williams was pulled over with the girl in his car and a search led to condoms, zip ties, and a roll of tape.
He was sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of coercion and enticement.
