The A-T-F is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the arson of the Kenosha probation and parole building.
Agents released new surveillance video of the civil unrest in the days after the Kenosha police shooting of Jacob Blake.
They say a forearm tattoo may help identify a person of interest in the August 24th fire that burned the Community Correction Divisions building to the ground.
That man is one of several suspects the agents are looking to track down.
Anyone with information about the arson should contact the A-T-F.
