Over the past month or so, the National Guard has reported a significant drop in the number of people utilizing their COVID-19 testing site at the ARDC in Sheboygan Falls.
The Guard offers a capacity of 450 tests per session at that location, but since the site was renewed on December 11th, they have tested around 600 people total. Only 200 tests were administered in the two sessions of 2021.
It is not clear if this decline is due to people getting tested at other locations, or if fewer people are in need of tests since they will only test people who are experiencing symptoms, or who have come in contact with someone who tested positive.
The Guard is scheduled to be at the site from 10:00 to 6:00 PM every Wednesday and Friday.
