
Outside linebacker Noah Burks has told his coaches he will return to play for the Badgers next season.
That means defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard will have four starting linebackers returning next season – helping fill the void after members of the defensive line decided to move on.
Burks, Nick Herbig, Leo Chenal, and Jack Sanborn have all committed to play another season under the expanded eligibility rules put in place by the N-C-A-A.
Offensive tackle Cole Van Lanen has announced this week his plans to enter the N-F-L Draft and give up his extra year.
