There’s no real favorite when the Providence Friars take on Marquette tonight (Tuesday) at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
The two Big East teams have evenly split the last 10 meetings. Providence is 7-and-5 overall, with a 3-and-3 record in conference, while the Golden Eagles are 6-and-6, but just 2-and-4 in conference games.
Junior guard David Duke carries most of the offense for the Friars, averaging a little over 20 points and nearly 4.5 assists-a-game.
Freshman forward Dawson Garcia is doing a lot of the damage for Marquette, averaging 13 points and just over 7.5 rebounds-a-game.
