A duplex near Downtown Green Bay caught fire last night, resulting in one injury.
Crews were called to the structure in the 500 block of South Quincy Street just prior to 7:00 PM and found the fire had started on the first floor and has spread to a section of the second floor.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze in about 10 minutes.
One of the residents of the duplex was treated at the scene for breathing problems but was not taken to any hospital.
The fire caused an estimated $75,000 in damage, but the cause is not known at this time.
