The 24-year-old Milwaukee man facing charges in a fatal hit-and-run accident on New Year’s Eve was involved in a similar accident nearly five years ago.
George Reel is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
Witnesses say he was driving between cars and going at least 60 miles-an-hour when he slammed into a vehicle that was shoved in a pedestrian.
Reel was convicted in another hit-and-run in 2016.
He was driving without a license this time. Arthur A-J Baker was killed.
