The city of Two Rivers is welcoming in the New Year with a meeting of the City Council this evening.
The Council will gather at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall and will start by hearing input from the public.
City Manager Greg Buckley will then issue his report, which will include details regarding the closing on a couple of property sales to the Rogers Street Fishing Village and to Carron Net, and the conversion of streetlights to LED bulbs.
The Council will also be entering a closed session, where they will discuss possible city assistance to some unspecified economic development projects, negotiations regarding the former Hamilton property, their contractual relationship with Progress Lakeshore, and a development agreement with Abbey Ridge.
