The Common Council for the City of Manitowoc will be holding a special meeting tonight.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall, where the Committee of the Whole will present the incentives and development agreement for the Allie Apartment Project in the River Point District. They will also enter a closed session, where they will continue that conversation.
The River Point District is the piece of land off of North 10th Street, just north of the bridge, formerly known as the CN Peninsula, which the City recently purchased from Canadian National.
