The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office reports the body of a 35-year-old woman has been recovered from the Fox River.
The woman’s name hasn’t been released.
She had been painting an outdoor scene near the river Saturday afternoon when she and two dogs went missing.
Her hat was found on the ice at the river’s edge, and her body was found about two hours later, three-quarters of a mile downstream.
The person who reported her missing located one of the dogs, but the other is still missing.
