An online celebration of Martin Luther King Jr is being planned in Manitowoc.
The MLK Day Manitowoc committee will host the event Monday, January 18th at 4 PM on their Facebook page.
The planning committee is inviting residents of Manitowoc county to commit to various community service opportunities and practice King’s legacy of peace and social and economic justice.
There will also be several contests for children, inspirational speakers, and videos posted to their Facebook page, entitled MLK Day Manitowoc.
