A 19-year-old Manitowoc man will be spending the next 9 years of his life in federal prison after he was convicted on gun and drug charges.
Johnathan A. Erickson was already a convicted felon and received his latest sentence on Wednesday.
Erickson was arrested on April 26th, after they responded to a disturbance in a parked car. The officers claimed to have smelled marijuana, and a subsequent search unveiled the drug, along with hydrocodone, ecstasy, Clonazepam, and a variety of other controlled substances.
They also found a digital scale, and a loaded handgun in the vehicle.
