The Duke’s Mayo Bowl pits the power of the University of Wisconsin against the quickness of Wake Forest.
Kick-off from Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina is 11:00 a-m Central time, and can be heard on 107.9 FM WOMT and at www.WOMTRadio.com.
Wake Forest will have to use its quickness to deal with a Badgers defense that is number one in the country overall, number one on third downs, and U-W is also number one in time of possession.
Both teams have performed well in bowl games with Wisconsin’s Paul Chryst holding a 4-and-1 record, while the Demon Deacons’ Dave Clawson is 3-and-1.
Wake Forest has a tendency to create and capitalize on turnovers. That has been a Wisconsin weakness.
