
A 41-year-old Sheboygan man was arrested over the weekend for his 4th OWI charge.
The unnamed individual was stopped on I-41 near Highway 11 in Racine County on Saturday after he was seen driving over 100 mph.
The State Patrol Officer who made the stop reported that he smelled intoxicants when he began speaking to the man and issued a field sobriety test.
The man was arrested and had his license suspended because he was driving more than 35 mph over the speed limit.
He was also charged with his 4th OWI, Refusing a Chemical Test, Operating After Revocation, 8 counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and 2 counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
