The Kewaunee Rescue Auxiliary has donated a potentially lifesaving piece of equipment to the History Center.
There is now an Automated External Defibrillator at the Center, which is used to help those who are suffering from cardiac arrest.
The Rescue Auxiliary has donated several of the vital pieces of equipment to several places in the area, in an attempt to keep the public just a little safer.
AED’s like the one donated to the History Center cost around $800 to $1,600 depending on the model, and there are now between 15 and 20 of them in the Kewaunee Community.
