A Rock County judge has set bond at two-point-two-million dollars for a man charged in a January double-homicide.
Marcus Randle-El made an initial court appearance Thursday. He is charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
Prosecutors had asked for a five-million-dollar bond.
They say he killed Brittany McAdory and Seairaha Winchester. Friends and relatives of the two victims gave testimonies during the hearing.
The state requested Randle-El be prohibited from contacting the victims’ families, possessing a gun, and leaving the state.
