Two Bonduel police officers are expected to recover from the injuries they suffered Tuesday when they responded to an emergency call about a family disturbance.
Police took a suspect into custody, but that person fought with the officers before being subdued.
The fight resulted in injuries to the two officers during the altercation.
Police say the suspect kicked out the headliner inside a patrol SUV and tried to kick out the windows.
Police are thanking deputies with the Shawano County Sheriff’s Office for rushing in to help when the situation began to deteriorate even more.
