Manitowoc City Clerk Deborah Neuser tells Seehafer News that Todd Reckelberg has filed nomination papers to run for Alderperson representing District Ten.
Current Alder Courtney Hanson recently filed papers for “non candidacy” stating that she and her husband are in the process of purchasing their first home which she says will require most of her free time away from her job at the United Way Manitowoc County. Her term expires April 6, 2021.
In addition, Districts One, Two, Three and Seven along with the Mayoral seat are contested on the Spring Electio
n ballot April 6th. Interested candidates have until 5 p.m. January 5th to file nomination papers.
