Packers coach Matt LaFleur says his quarterback should be the frontrunner for the N-F-L’s Most Valuable Player Award.
Aaron Rodgers has thrown 39 touchdowns passes against four interceptions, while completing almost 70-percent of his passes.
He and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes have pulled away from the field of candidates for the sport’s top individual prize. Rodgers has won the M-V-P twice already.
Rodgers is on pace for 50 total touchdowns and the third-highest passer rating of all time at 119-point-seven.
Rodgers will have a chance to impress those who vote on the award while the Packers play prime time games against Carolina and Tennessee over the next two weeks.
