Witnesses tell police in Delavan about seeing several vehicles speeding away from an apartment complex shortly after a man was shot to death.
Police are investigating the death of 20-year-old Alejandro Gonzalez.
Emergency responders tried to revive him, but he died before he could be taken to a hospital.
Authorities are searching for more witnesses and hope to use surveillance video to identify the shooters.
No arrests have been made yet.
Officers were called to the complex Sunday at about 9:00 p-m.
