The Wisconsin Supreme Court is expected to rule today (Monday) on election challenges filed by lawyers for the Trump campaign.
The court heard arguments Saturday.
The three liberal justices on the bench were skeptical about the Trump arguments, while three conservatives show some support for parts of his claims.
It’s not clear where Justice Brian Hagedorn stands.
The court refused to hear a previous suit filed by the president.
The case was returned to a lower court, Trump lost and appealed to the state Supreme Court. That’s when the justices agreed to hear arguments in a rare weekend session.
They are expected to rule on whether there was fraud in the Wisconsin election before the Electoral College meets at noon.
