The Wisconsin Badgers are scrambling to find an opponent after being notified that Northern Iowa won’t be coming to the Kohl Center Wednesday.
The Panthers announced Sunday they are pausing all team activities due to COVID-19.
The Badgers and Louisville are still hoping to make up the game canceled last week and there’s a slim chance it could be played Wednesday. The Cardinals are scheduled to take on North Carolina State that night, but the Wolfpack are also on “pause” due to COVID-19 cases and it’s possible Louisville will be available.
If that can’t be pulled off, Wisconsin could just decide to start getting ready for the Big Ten Conference opener at home a week from today (Monday) against Nebraska.
