A 32-year-old Manitowoc woman was arrested over the weekend for her 4th OWI.
An officer was on patrol at around 1:00 Saturday morning, when he noticed a vehicle driving without headlights.
The officer pulled the vehicle over near the intersection of Clark and South 20th Streets and noticed empty alcohol containers and pill bottles in the vehicle.
The officer began administering a field sobriety test, but the woman could not maintain her balance.
The woman was taken into police custody and charged with OWI, her 4th Offence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
