A federal judge in Wisconsin says a finding for the Trump campaign in its election challenges would be “the most remarkable ruling in the history of this court or the federal judiciary.”
U-S District Judge Brett Ludwig made the comment during a Thursday hearing in Madison.
The president is trying to overturn Joe Biden’s victory with a pair of lawsuits in Wisconsin – one in federal court and one in state court.
The Trump campaign is trying to disqualify more than 221,000 ballots in the state court case and is asking Judge Ludwig to let the Republican-controlled Legislature name Trump the winner.
