A 33-year-old Green Bay man is facing charges after he was found to be in possession of child pornography.
Hector Rodriguez was arrested Wednesday morning, at his parent’s home on Day Street.
A search of his phone uncovered a folder labeled “Young”, which contained ten videos of girls in sexual poses. The girls ranged in age from 12-years-old to under the age of 8. Rodriguez admitted to viewing the videos and told police he “really needed help”.
Rodriguez has been charged with 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography, with each charge carrying a minimum 3-year sentence and extended supervision. He could also be charged a $500 fine for each image.
