Senate Majority Leader-elect Devin LeMahieu of Oostburg has announced his Senate Committees and committee members for the 2021-22 Session of the Legislature.
The two area representatives, LeMahieu and Andre Jacque of De Pere are a part of several committees.
Jacque will be a member of the Senate Committees on Economic & Workforce Development, Judiciary & Public Safety, Veteran and Military Affairs, and the Building Commission.
Meanwhile, LeMahieu will be on the Joint Legislative Council, and the Joint Committees on Employment Relations, and Legislative Organization.
The committee assignments will formally take effect in January.
