A 17-year-old Newton resident charged in the death of a 7-year-old boy will be in court this afternoon.
Damian Hauschultz will be before Judge Jerilyn Dietz for a Decision Conference at 2:00 PM.
Hauschultz is facing a litany of charges after he reportedly forced Ethan Hauschultz to carry a heavy log around their yard and pushed his face in the snow in April of 2018.
Hauschultz is facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, three charges each of Child Abuse Intentionally Causing Harm, and Substantial Battery.
