A young man has found a unique way to supply food to those in need throughout Manitowoc.
For an Eagle Scout project, Carson Goetz has established four “Blessing Boxes” throughout the city of Manitowoc, which will store food items in them for whoever needs them.
In a recent Facebook post, Grow it Forward recognized the young man, Carson, who helped build their most recent one outside Grow it Forward.
They also said, “His hope is that next time you are out to the store that you purchase a few extra food items and deliver them to one of his Blessing Boxes.”
The Blessing Boxes can be found at Grow It Forward, First Presbyterian Church, The Salvation Army, and Jefferson School.
