The attorney for the former superintendent of the Altoona School District says he needs more time to prepare for trial.
Dan Peggs faces child pornography charges. His attorney says he has discovered other 120,000 pages of evidence and he needs time to process it. Peggs is accused of trafficking an underage girl to make child porn. He’s also charged with child porn possession.
His defense attorney is asking the court for another 90 days to review the new evidence.
