Holy Family Memorial will soon be offering free ‘advance directive’ consultations at its Harbortown Campus. The local medical center said in a news release that “when it comes to decisions about your healthcare, it’s important your wishes can be carried out when you cannot speak for yourself, and HFM advises an advance directive can help.”
The consultations will be available next Friday, December 11th from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM in the Cooperstown Room. To reserve a time for an advance directive consultation at Holy Family Memorial Friday, call 920-320-2347.
