As was announced last week, a section of Wisconsin Avenue in Manitowoc will be closed off to traffic today.
Crews will be in the 1100 block of Wisconsin Avenue to replace a water service according to Billy Hutterer, the Streets and Sanitation Division Team Leader.
He said that work is expected to be completed by the end of the workday today.
